Surprised in the best way!

My stay was a delight, especially thanks to the amazing staff! They were attentive and always ready to assist, making me feel at home. The hotel needs to improve its Wi-Fi speed!!! It felt inconsistent, making it hard to stay connected during my trip. I found the decor quite outdated!!! A refresh could really make a difference.

The dining experience was highlighted by the delicious Tuscan bread, which stood out amongst the menu offerings. the air-conditioning failed during the first night, causing discomfort, and the cleanliness in my room was concerning, with an unclean restroom and a malfunctioning TV. there was no Wi-Fi access in my room, making work challenging.
